Dolores River Canyon
Close to the cabin is the Dolores River Canyon. This trail is actually a 4WD or OHV road, mostly well developed but definitely rocky and steep. It can be a great drive with a high-clearance vehicle or a splendid bike ride along the canyon bottom. The red-rock walls stretch way up, at points over 1,000 feet. You can take a drive down the 4WD trail and have a relaxing hike.
